Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

You have a 14-day return- and exchange right on purchases made on the Karisma web shop. The return- and exchange right is valid from the date on which the items were received.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

  1. Inform us of the return or exchange via e-mail: info@karismavaasa.fi
  2. Seal the package carefully and return it per post or by another method to our store. The customer is responsible for any postal costs. The return address is: KARISMA VAASA Hovioikeudenpuistikko 20 65100 Vaasa, FINLAND +358 50 5700116
  3. When we have processed your return, you will receive a refund confirmation to your e-mail. The amount is repaid within 14 days. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The item should be returned to Karisma in its original packaging (with product- and price tags intact), and the packaging should not be damaged. Karisma refunds the value of items that are returned in their original packaging. Karisma is obliged to refund the customer without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the date on which the item was received at the store.

The refund transaction does not imply any extra costs for the customer. If you return an item, we will refund the amount paid at the time of the purchase in its entirety, even though the item’s price might have changed after the purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The customer is responsible for the item until it has arrived at the store. Until you have decided to keep the item, handle it in such a manner that it will remain in its original condition. If you, in you handling of the item (not having obeyed the buyer’s duty of care, established by law), have caused a devaluation of the item, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the devaluation up to the item’s full value.

Please note that an unclaimed package is not a return. When a package is unclaimed, it causes extra fees which we have to charge from the customer. We will send an invoice once we receive the unclaimed package and know how much the additional fees are. When the invoice is paid, we can make a refund of the items ordered.
